Buddy Chat: A Supportive Program for People with ADHD
Connect with me or a volunteer from Together ADHD and share your experiences, challenges, and passions.
What is Buddy Chat?
Buddy Chat is a program that I created to help people with ADHD feel less alone and more supported. I have ADHD myself, and I know how hard it can be to cope with the symptoms, stigma, and stress that come with it. Sometimes, you just need someone to listen to you, understand you, and cheer you on.
That's why I started Buddy Chat, a free 30 minute Zoom meeting where you can connect with me or a volunteer from Together ADHD, a nonprofit organization that provides resources and advocacy for people with ADHD. In these meetings, you can talk about anything you want, such as:
• Your weekly goals and how to achieve them
• Your symptoms and how to manage them
• Your latest hyperfixation and why you love it
Buddy Chat is not a therapy or coaching session, but a friendly and informal conversation with someone who gets you. You can choose to have one-on-one or group chats, depending on your preference and availability. You can also join as many times as you want.
How to join Buddy Chat?
It's easy to join Buddy Chat. All you need to do is click the button below and schedule a time that works best for you. I am hoping for that in the future to open more times to better accommodate peoples various life schedules and time zones.
