I am happy to share that latest meeting of Together ADHD, a support group for people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, was a success. We had a few people join us and share their stories, challenges, and tips for living with ADHD. It was a great opportunity to connect with others who understand our struggles and offer mutual support and encouragement.
Based on the feedback I received, I am planning to add a second meeting on Mondays at 2:00 PM (PST). This way, I hope to accommodate people with different schedules and preferences. My goal is to offer multiple meetings throughout the week, and increase them as I get more people to volunteer for them. If you are interested in hosting a meeting, please let me know.
Together ADHD is a safe and welcoming space for anyone who has ADHD or suspects they might have it. We are not here to diagnose, treat, or judge anyone. We are here to listen, learn, and support each other. If you want to join us, please visit our website, togetheradhd.org You will receive the meeting links and reminders via email. You can also follow us on social media Facebookand join our online community.
Thank you for being part of Together ADHD. I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.
